Autumn Ridge has always been known for its social isolation and clean-living conditions. We extend that standard to our Homeaway Lane property. It is what our guests appreciate most and expect when visiting. We still have fabulous mountain views and plenty of wildlife, and as Spring is now upon us many of the trees and flowers have begun to bloom. As many of you know, local mom & pop shops make up most of downtown Lexington and Natural Bridge. The current pandemic has affected all of us. Local businesses are struggling to put in place social isolation practices and still stay in business. Several restaurants are still offering take out and removing tables to keep distance between customers. Several shops are open with limited hours and online shopping. Many businesses are relying on Gift Certificate purchases to help get through this trying time. We all appreciate the support received from our loyal guests.
Homeaway Lane is home to Tom's Cabin at Poague Run and the 1926 C&O Guest Caboose!
Come and create memories in the "Valley of Virginia". This family friendly property sits on three acres in Virginia country with neighboring farms. The Blue Ridge Mountains are visible when you look east through the trees. Poague Run trickles down the right side of the property. Volleyball/badminton court, horseshoes, and campfire pits just right for roasting hotdogs and toasting marshmallows are available for guests' use. This is the perfect location for family vacations and site seeing or a restful getaway for couples seeking to unwind or visit the nearby wineries and breweries.
There may be guests in both rentals during your visit. This usually does not present a problem as the they have separate parking areas and are separated by plantings. Guests may rent both to accommodate larger groups.
