Autumn Ridge Cottages maintains contactless check-in to our cottages with a keycode. The owners are always accessible via phone, text, or email to address any guest questions or concerns. Masks are no longer required for staff.

Force of Nature TM Electrolyzers and Multi-Purpose Cleaning Spray is provided for staff and guest disinfecting & sanitizing use.

Update.
Autumn Ridge Cottages has always been known for its social isolation and clean-living conditions. It is what our guests appreciate and expect when staying with us. For the last three years we have maintained contactless check-in to our cottages with a keycode. The owners are always accessible via phone, text, or email to address any guest questions or concerns. If in-person contact is required a mask and social distancing is required.
In July, Autumn Ridge Cottages proudly listed as a participant in our local area PACT, a commitment to Protecting All Citizens and Travelers in Lexington, Buena Vista, and Rockbridge County by providing consistent, dependable, and sustained levels of safety and service while in our establishment. Our goal is to keep our guests and staff safe throughout the current pandemic situation that we face. We still have our excellent housekeeping crew committed to disinfecting all surfaces between guest stays, including all doorknobs and remote controls. We no longer require a 3-day quarantine block before and after guest stays.
​In August, all of our rentals were supplied with Force of Nature TM Electrolyzers and Multi-Purpose Cleaning Spray for staff and guest use. Force of Nature TM is a broad-spectrum EPA-registered disinfectant & sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs, (even Staph, MRSA, Norovirus, Influenza A, Salmonella, and Listeria when used as directed) offering hospital-grade sanitizing and disinfecting without the smell of bleach. It’s listed on EPA’s Approved List of Disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.
Please note that we are maintaining our standard Cancellation Policy. We do ask that if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID, have been around anyone who recently tested positive, or suspect you may have the virus to reschedule your stay for another time. Our gift certificates are good for up to two years. The $35 cancellation fee may be waived ONLY if you need to cancel or reschedule due to suspecting that you or your guest may have recently contracted COVID and will be contagious during the time of your stay.​

Autumn Ridge Cottages is committed to keeping our guests and staff safe. We have an excellent housekeeping crew committed to disinfecting all surfaces between guest stays, including all doorknobs and remote controls. In addition to our strict cleaning requirements, we have instituted a 3-day quarantine block before and after all guest stays through April 30, 2020. This will be extended as needed to keep up with the COVID-19 trend. (It is our understanding that a virus can live up to 72 hours outside of the body.) Any changes to this policy will be updated on our website and via email and social media.
​Any current reservations that do not allow for the 3-day quarantine block before their stay will be notified by today with the recommendation of changing their dates to comply but will be allowed the option of keeping their current reservation.
We are maintaining our standard cancellation policy with the addition of waiving any cancellation fees on reservations through April 30. This will be extended if needed to keep with our COVID-19 policy above. Any cancellations within 14 days of your reservation will receive a Gift Certificate for all amounts paid as of the date of cancellation. Our gift certificates are good for up to two years and valid at any of our rental properties, including Homeaway Lane, in Natural Bridge. Cancellations outside of the 14-day window will receive a full refund.
